Dimotori prosesor AMD Athlon II Neo single atau dengan prosesor dual core, laptop baru Dell ini mendukung memori sampai 4GB RAM, kartu grafis ATI terintegrasi dan harddisk dengan kapasitas sampai 320GB tipe 7200RPM.


Dell Inspiron M101z memiliki layar 1366 × 768 11.6-inch LED-backlit dan output HDMI. Notebook ini juga menyertakan paket speaker 2 × 1.5W dengan SRS Surround Sound Premium, 7-in-1 card reader, webcam 1,3 Megapixel, dan Ethernet port LAN.
